About Me
- Clay
- I retired after 40 years of teaching and coaching. I have a Masters of Science degree in exercise physiology and have trained athletes for competition at the college and high school levels for over 40 years. Now I travel, see the grand kids, fool with this damn computer, kayak and hike every chance I get. I have been married to my college sweetheart for 50 years. We have two children and two grand sons and a granddaughter. We spend our summers in Maine. Volunteer with Maine Adaptive Sports and Recreation. I read in any spare time. Clay, this is so awesome! I enjoyed it so much. Brought back a lot of memories for Jon & I. If you are serious about doing lower half let us know. I think we could be talked into it!

I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed watching your trip. We (my husband and I) also went down the Colorado River and hiked out of the Grand Canyon in 2000. Seeing your pictures brought back so many wonderful memories. We have seen so many other places in this country and we still say that the Grand Canyon trip was the best. Thanks again. Cathy
